NAD+ Therapy Unveiled My Hidden Potential

“I have had 2 NAD+ IV therapy sessions over the last 3 months, after being recommended by a friend who was feeling many many benefits from having therapy for 6 months now.

I already live a life with longevity in mind. I exercise daily, both weight baring workouts and cardio, I try to eat a healthy wholesome diet, I get outside in the fresh air regularly, I have a regularly bed time routine and I do as much to bring me joy in life as possible.

So when I was told about NAD therapy I was instantly interested as it aligns with my values and life choices perfectly, however I was also a little sceptical that I wouldn't notice many differences as I already felt like I was doing a lot to help myself and create a long life.

I can now say that although I already lead a healthy lifestyle, I have experienced a lot of benefits I didn’t even know I was missing out on. The main ones I really have noticed are my focus while working. My productivity has doubled, I know longer need regularly breaks. Also my energy throughout the day has increased and is more stable. I used to get the 3pm energy dips, need a coffee, a snack or felt like I needed to rest. This feeling has completely gone.

My recovery after exercise is so much quicker. Meaning I need less rest days and feel like I can work harder during workouts as I’m fully recovered from the last one.

I also have been sleeping way better. I feel like sleep is deeper and less broken! We all know sleep makes everything better, as well as promoting a longer life.

So for anyone thinking about trying NAD therapy, I would certainly say give it a go for yourself. I would now love to keep it as part of my lifestyle routine, along with the other steps I take to live a healthy long life which I mentioned a few of before: regular exercise, fresh air, a wholesome diet 80% of the time, hydration, limited alcohol, a regularly sleep routine and doing things which bring me joy in life!”
